Kenneth M. Nowack, Ph.D.
President & Chief Research Officer, Co-Founder
Dr. Kenneth M. Nowack is a licensed psychologist (PSY 13758) and President & Chief Research Officer of Envisia Learning. He is charged with providing strategic vision/leadership, conceptual product design and development, research, public relations, and advanced client relations.
Ken has over twenty years of experience in the development and validation of human resource systems, assessment tools, organizational climate surveys, questionnaires, simulations, and tests. He has developed 360° feedback systems, assessment centers, employee selection, succession planning, performance appraisal, and management development training programs for a number of clients in the public, private and not for profit sectors. Ken has conducted research and published extensively in the areas of 360 degree feedback systems, health psychology, survey research, training evaluation, assessment and personnel testing. He has also authored numerous assessment instruments and interactive software programs.
Dr. Nowack has also participated extensively in the activities of professional associations and has made numerous presentations to both national and local association conferences and community groups. His active association memberships include:

Ken also serves as Chief Learning Officer of Organizational Performance Dimensions and is a member of the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Educational Psychology at the University of California, Davis, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles where he is a lecturer at the Anderson School of Management.
Andy Parkinson
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Andrew Parkinson is an accomplished entrepreneur and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Envisia Learning. He is charged with providing the company's strategic vision/leadership, directing finance, operations, and technology, and managing all director-level staff.
A prodigy who began his professional career at an early age, Andy has over ten years of experience in directing entrepreneurial companies providing technology solutions to the business sector. In 1996, he founded Chromatic Concepts, Inc., a company that specializes in the development of client-server applications. During his tenure there, he has personally guided the company's growth, managed the company to year-over-year profitability. Andy has designed proprietary learning management, CRM, accounting and human resources survey, assessment and scoring software systems being used internationally today.
Andy attended the University of California, Los Angeles and also founded Chromatic Concepts, Inc. where he still serves as Chief Executive Officer.
Annette Pentkowski
Director of Learning and Development
Annette Pentkowski has 15 years of experience in learning and development. Prior to joining Envisia, Annette was Team Leader of Organizational Development for Hughes Aircraft Company. In that capacity she was responsible for guiding management teams through strategic planning, and large-scale change efforts, to include the transition of 600 employees from a hierarchical structure to a team-based, world-class manufacturing organization. She was responsible for the facilitation of cross-functional task teams, targeting work process deficiencies to improve individual, team, and organization performance.
Annette worked as an Organization Development Consultant for Talbot’s Corporate Headquarters. She developed organizational learning plans, implementation strategies, and measurement systems to support business objectives. She coached Talbot’s store managers on performance management, team building, and conflict resolution.
She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. She concluded a Counseling Practicum at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
