Coaches and managers collaborate directly with participants. They can effortlessly provide feedback and organize communication by goal, making it easy to track ongoing conversations.
Stay Informed
Participants get an email each time a coach or manager comments on a goal.
Daily Digest
Coaches and managers stay up-to-date on participant development areas, goals and progress through a daily digest email summarizing activities for all participants they follow.
Recommended Resources
Coaches and managers can suggest resources that will help participants achieve their goals using our curated competency-based resource library.
Create Confidential Notes
Coaches can upload confidential meeting notes, assessment reports or files to be saved and organized alongside the participant's goals and activities.
Usage Reports
Coaches and managers can generate aggregate reports to see what competencies various groups of participants are working on and how much they've accomplished.
