We are an assessment and technology company. Psychologists, neuroscientists and developers in the same building, working on 360 feedback and the platforms that deliver it. A good deal of that work reaches leaders under a consultancy's branding rather than ours, which is how we prefer it.
We have been doing this a while
We were among the first companies to put 360-degree feedback online, and we have designed hundreds of assessment and feedback processes since. Enough of them to know which parts go wrong.
Our story
A science company that ended up building software
The instruments came first. The platform exists because our clients needed somewhere to run them, and the tools available were either built for a corporate HR department or built for surveys.
The science stays in-house
Our occupational psychologists and neuroscientists design the instruments, set the norms and write the scoring rules. They sit alongside the developers, which is why the reports and the platform tend to agree with each other.
Built to be re-branded
White-labelling was never a feature we added later. Consultancies delivering to their own clients have been the case we design for, so the branding, the domain and the report covers are yours by default.
We have run the programmes too
Our own consultants deliver 360 debriefs and coaching, which keeps us honest about what a practitioner actually needs at eight in the morning before a debrief.

Two entities, one team
We contract through a US company and a UK company, which matters when your client's procurement asks where their data lives. Information security covers that in detail.
